I think that we've almost gotten kinder. I think we're looking more about people's wellbeing, and making sure that everyone's safe and making sure that all of our posts have that sort of note of kindness around it.
Whereas before lockdown, we were probably a lot more focused on, hey, read our blog post, because there's a line at the bottom that says, link, goodness pages, sign up for something.
That's the feeling that I'm getting when I'm looking around at things.
I really hope that it's going to mean that in future we really do go for a customer centric approach rather than a Google approach. Because I always think that Google will follow good customer experiences.
